A clear panel lets your pet watch the room instead of only hearing it, which is most of what settles an anxious animal in a vet waiting room.
Mesh panels keep air moving rather than trapping heat inside a zipped bag, so a warm car or a long queue doesn't turn into a problem.
A carrier used four times a year shouldn't own a cupboard shelf. This packs flat, and comes with a shoulder strap and a removable mat.
Hales started with one simple idea: gear that feels as good on day 300 as it did on day one. Every harness, collar and leash is tested for comfort and strength, then shipped free across Canada with 30-day easy returns.
We believe great gear isn't just about getting out the door. It's the details you feel in your hand every day, from the braid to the clasp.
