At Hales, shipping should be the most boring part of your order, in a good way. Free, reliable, and on time. We ship to addresses across Canada, free of charge, on every order.
Where we ship
This policy covers orders shipped within Canada.
How long it takes
- Order cutoff: 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Anything placed after that gets processed the next business day.
- Handling: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, before your order leaves us.
- Transit: 6 to 8 business days once it's on the road.
- Total delivery: 7 to 10 business days from order to doorstep, on average.
These are estimates. Real-world delivery can shift for reasons outside our control.
Who delivers it
We work with trusted carriers across Canada, including Canada Post, UPS and FedEx.
What it costs
Every order shipped within Canada is free, no minimum spend required. If you're ordering from outside our standard shipping area, the cost will be calculated and shown at checkout.
If something goes wrong
Delay, damage, a package that seems to have vanished, let us know right away and we'll chase it down with the carrier until your order reaches you.
