At Hales we want the shipping part of your order to be the least interesting thing about it: clear, free, and on time. Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Shipping Locations

This policy covers orders shipped within: the United States.

Delivery Times

  • Order cutoff time: 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Anything placed after that is processed the next business day, which can add a day to the estimate.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once processed, your order goes out with one of our carriers.
  • Transit time: 5 to 7 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 9 business days in total.

Delivery times are estimates and can move for reasons outside our control.

Carrier Services

We work with reliable carriers to deliver within the United States, including USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping: every order within the United States ships free, with no minimum order value.
  • Paid shipping: for any destination outside our free shipping zone, the cost is calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If anything goes wrong in transit, a delay or a package that never turns up, contact our customer service team straight away. We will chase it with the carrier and make sure your order reaches you.
