The woven edge is properly finished, so it holds together through rain and a rinse rather than unravelling at the seam the way a costume collar does.
A cotton polyester blend stays soft against the coat, so this can be the everyday collar rather than the one saved for photographs.
The buckle dials the fit in rather than offering three fixed holes, so it sits where it should instead of spinning loose around the neck.
Hales started with one simple idea: gear that feels as good on day 300 as it did on day one. Every harness, collar and leash is tested for comfort and strength, then shipped free across Canada with 30-day easy returns.
We believe great gear isn't just about getting out the door. It's the details you feel in your hand every day, from the braid to the clasp.
